rear chrome diamonds from a 9g..will they fit

I noticed they are bigger then the 8g diamonds. Will they fit on the rear of an 8g? Using the alignment pins and all or will it look too big

I think anything bigger than our stock emblem looks out of place behind the 8G. Just MHO tho :?

thanks for the quick answers. It was just a thought since I got an o2-o3 trunk garnish I am gonna get chrome diamonds, and figured I would try those to be different

i have the 9g chrome diamond. well i did not mean to get it the guy at the dealer made a mistake and gave me a 9 instead of a 8g by the time i realized it it was a week later so i went ahead and put it on. its kinda big and im changing it when i paint my car over next week..

how come? I changed it to the chrome on my 01 and I like it. fits with the chrome piece and chrome galant letters heh
