Carbon fiber hood care

ok so i ordered a brand new carbon fiber hood today, is there anything i should know of how to take care of it, can it be waxed??...let me know

so i am still curious what do you guys with carbon fiber hoods do to care for it, can you wax it??? or is there special something for carbon fiber that makes it last??

i used to wax my cf hood before erac1ng fucked it up, then i stopped caring how it looked cause it was fubar anyways. wax definitely makes the clear coat look nicer. the best thing you can do to care for it is garage your car and try not to let it sit in the sun all day. if you have to, try to find shade. i think sun is the #1 killer of cf clear coats
