have u tried hte idle adjuster screw? try backing it out and see what that does.. back it out or screw it farther in.. one way will lower the idle and one will raise it. you may also want a shop to check your o2 sensors as w/ age they get old.. and you may aswell replace them even if they are good if ur going to keep the car for a long time..

    -Check your TPS
-If you have air leaking from your throttle body it could cause high idle
-Did you adjust your BISS screw

Check the long throttle cable from the Cruise Control box all the way around the valve cover and to the throttle body. Sometimes it will get hung up on something (particularly if you have a STB that forces the cable out of the way) I've had mine get caught a couple of times. Easy to remedy, just make sure it's not caught on anything or shoved too far out of it's preferred path.
Staying busy is important. After all, idle hands spend time at the genitles.

which 1 is the biss screw?

I agree with 4Grim Check your TPS. That might need to be adjusted.
When I changed my TB it was idling high so I turned the Biss screw all the way down and it was still too high. I then twisted the TPS around some and it works fine now.

ok Lift up ya hood. Look straight toward ya throttle. You'll see a black plastic part pointing in 1 o clock angle. Or do you see the hose that is connected from side of the head to your air tube.Risght next to it you'll see it. It might be black with a orange connector.
Its held by 2 screws. One on Top and under it.
Ill try to provide some pics. What I did was un loosen the screws.(one on top is easy the one under is a P.I.T.A.)And I turned it like I was turning to a 12:00 position and it worked great.

WARNING: the BISS screw is NOT metal. if you have the screw completely screwed in, do not keep forcing it, you will strip the head faster than a cop loosing his temper. it is made of some wierd composite material that scrapes off with ease. back it out to raise your idle, push it forward to diminish your idle.
