since when you ask... since i cut 1/4 of each usdm garnish off and molded them together to make 1 custom JDM fit garnish for the CF trunk lid... and colormatched the GALANT letters... also have the usable keyhole and lock...

thought it was going to be a tough math problem? sorry...

Interesting, how is it holding together onto the trunk itself? Do the CF trunks have the same holes to bolt in stock parts (Besides the USDM garnish that doesn't fit)?

well, on the USDM version there is the spots on the end where the clips go... i molded bolts in there sticking out the opposite way so they go through the trunk lid and then on the inner side of the trunk lid i put lock nuts and washers and tightened it up pretty good, and used the existing screw holes i had left to secure the rest in the middle....

it looks really good. It's hard to pick out where you connected them. can you post distant shot too. to see how it looks from far. Good work.

actually you can't tell at all where they are molded... that little line on the garnish is pencil... i was marking it so i knew exactly where to put the letters... it's washed off now...
