I believe Seth does; but he has a 7G.
So far I'm the onlyone I have met that has seriously competed in autocross with a galant. Are there any of you out there who autocross regularly. If you do I'd like to know your set up, alignments that sort of thing. Right now I'm running a suspension techniques rear bar and its really working well for me.

Ive only been once this season. Theres another coming up the 18th of this month bunt not sure if I will make it.
Id love to be competitive in AutoX but I lack the suspension, tires, and dailey driver to do so. Once I go AWD, next season I will be out on the track more :)
Id rather road race though, Im going to make it to Virginia International Raceway at least once next year.

i've been trying to get into autocross for a while.
there are events literally 3 or 4 times a month here in kentucky. some in louisville some in lexington. and cincinatti isn't far.
but damn everytime they post signups all the spots get filled within the hour.
we're talking like 60-80 spots avereage.
i never even get a chance. its not somethign you can just impulsivly do one day around here(like just show up and race). you have to know when the events are coming and when signups open. and be ready for them.
Suspensionwise my car is setup for autocross, but my turbo is a bigger one and a bit laggy for autox. would be nice if i coudl snag a dry housing evo 16g. then with only 6 bolts and two oil lines i could switch from big power to quick spool in around 35 minutes(assuming no broken bolts)
I'd really like to get into it though.
I love driving

Auto Xs up here are usually 100-150 cars, event goes on all day starting bright and early. Theres not a website dedicated to local Autocross events? Around here they use http://www.autocross.us

i've been telling myself for years when i have the money i'll go...wish i had the money, my suspension is more than adequate
For my region we have a web forum and all sorts of stuff, our cost is like 20-25 bucks depending on membership, we have 14 events a year, and most of them are in the 80-100 car range with a couple getting into the 150+ range. I'm having a blast, this past year I was in DSP with A BMW E30 325i and two integra's and a couple others, I ended up finishing 3rd and 4th in the final points standings between the two clubs. Unfortunatly I'm moving up to SM and their moving the BMW to CSP so our little group has been broken up. All in all the autocross guys have been really nice and really helpful, and the requirement of some driving skill seems to weed out the domestic trash talkers who seem obligated to run off anyone with an import.

Theres two more AutoX this season and I wont be going to either :(
Maybe next spring I will be ready. If you like video games, download Live for Speed, theres an Auto X course and you can make your own layouts. Its a ton of fun.
7g for life!
The problem I have with autocross's in video games is that I've become accustomed to looking far ahead, and due to the lack of screen area it makes it hard to plot my course with it coming up as fast as it does, but its still fun, just not as fun as the real thing, of course.
What do you run for tires dude.
All my autocross's are done for the season, wont be till march untill I get to legally drive like a jackass again.
