    I have been meaning to do the cruise control fix, but haven't gotten around to
    it.
    Here is what i think will make it work though.
    When I did the original swap, the wiring for the transmission harness, tells the ECU that the tranny is
    in Neutral by tying those two wires together. What i was thinking is that we
    need to figure out what wiring will tell the ECU that the car is in Drive.
    Needless to say there needs to be a way to switch between the 2 or the car won't
    start.
    If you still have the auto tranny, you should be able to pull the disk thing off
    the top that the big plug thing originally connected to. Figure out what
    "click" on the center part is Drive, and test wire connectivity to see what
    needs tied together for the Auto harness to tell the ECU we are in drive, not
    Neutral.

    If that makes any sense. But hopefully this will give someone some insite and
    motivation to look into this.

    Eh, I didnt understand that but i am currently working on the fix right now, I just have to break down the rest of the wiring.

    Not how fast your car goes but how good u drive going fast.

    Ahh who needs cruise control. My cc switch is wired up to control my alpine radio. Hurray "steering wheel" radio controls!
