Build My System ( suggestions? )

Hey fellas , i'm gearing up to go to my local stereo shop and buy a new system. Looking to get in-dash monitor and a pair subs/amp..

    Any suggestions?

I'm also buying a slim ps2 to install in the glove comparment.. any suggestions as to how i can convert the Power supply into an input in the car?

Throw out some components and why you think i should get them..

my budget is about 1500$ for the sound system possibly 2k if its good sh*t

all I can tell you is that the type R's hit like mothers if you have them wired to 2ohm's

If you come out to some tgcny meets you will hear it in my dads car

ok, i didnt want to open a new thread, so ill put it here...

my '95 S does not have door speakers as i have noticed a few other models do... however, there seems to be holes in the door for them (kinda wird shaped hole though) all i have in the front is the 2 under-dash speakers which do an absolutely HORRIBLE job of dispersing the sound through the car.. i have infinity kappa perfects in right now, but it still sounds like crap because the speakers are pointed down towards the floor...

is there a special kit to put speakers in the door? or.. are there speakers to make up for that downward sound direction that i currently have?
