installing new guages

ok, so i got my new guages in and got them installed , but now, i have a question. i am trying to fill the holes you see below, any suggestions?

where did you get those gauges from?

i got them from ebay, but i just searched again for you and i couldnt find them... they came from alfaotto.com.
