Ouch...
Paint shop should be able to fix the fist pic...
The second pic looks like it's been hit at some stage and shifted the mounting clips, or broken them
can i fix this (see pic below) myself or do i have to get shop to do it or do i have to get a whole new front bumper?
also the side of the rear bumper on the driver side is coming off and i was wondering why and how do i fix it?

Sand, body filler, sand paint. Probably would have to take the rear bumper off to see whats wrong with that.

Use marglass just not reg bondo.
Hell dude.. I have a stock OEM bumper thats white... But shipping isnt worth it. The side thats coming off of the body. Thats just like clipped on i say smack it back in place. As for the side thats damaged say try and pull that back out.. then fiberglass the back of it that way it doesnt sink back in then do as PROTO said.
Its probably a bent metal bracket thats causing the rear bumper cover to pertrude like that. You could remove the bumper and possibly straighten the bracket again or replace it.[/quote]
