so does this suggest why my key doesnt work in the passenger side door? its kind of annoying since i have to go to the driver door if i want to get in the car

btw my car is a 1999 ES
no. the 2k2+ doesn't even have a keyhole. if your key doesn't work then it probably means that either its the wrong key or something is broke.

Webhosting for less than $3 a month? put "pinoyesv6" as a promo code.

you have to press the unlock twice in order for it to unlock all doors. If you just want the driver door unlocked then press it once.. for all doors press twice.

The horn chirp feature can be activated or deactivated by performing the following steps while the key is removed from the ignition cylinder.

1 - Press and hold the Lock button on the transmitter for between 4 and 10 seconds.

2 - While the Lock button is being pressed, press the Unlock button.

    3 - Release both buttons.

still nothing. could there possibly be something wrong with the transmitter or the keyless system itself?
