well I have my car running great and the problem turned out to be clogged fuel injectors and alot of crud in the tank.
I filled up, drove around for 100 miles and filled it back up to get my mileage and it took 6 gallons of gas, thats 16.6 MPG, not good at all.
I am getting my "check engine light" every once in a while but it never stays on for more than a few seconds.
My O2 sensor is new so I know thats not the problem.
Any idea where to start? Coolant temp sensor maybe?

Could be possibly EGR related. You could replace the EGR valve..or just eliminate with a $14 blockoff plate. It could be a failing MAF sensor..but I haven't had one go bad on me or known anyone that has to be the cause of it. I am assuming it because the MAF sends signals to the ECU to help determine air/fuel mixture.
