Thanks!
What I have for you here are a few snippets of the Mitsubishi service training video for the new 08 Lancer.
I broke it into 3 sections (although there is more, some is unimportant, and some is probably too technical).
at any rate, some of you may want to see this.
The first video is basic lancer options/improvements/etc.

the second is on the new CVT transmission. Its VERY informative, not only about this transaxle, but CVTs in general.

the third is quite long (10 minutes), but really breaks down the new 4b11 engine. It may be of interest to you people wondering what the next evo will be like, as the engine will be about 70 percent the same.

some of it was a little confusing to me but atleast it has a timing chain! hopefully that would never need to be replaced
2011 Camry- 202 miles- just picked up 9/10/10
2008 Pontiac G6- 26,065 miles- traded in
1999 Galant ES- 91,846 miles- long gone
x2 on the chain.
The all aluminum engine snaged my attention.
nice vids manybrews. very informative. :smt023
Nice post Manybrews!
It seems replacing a timing chain on the 4B11 is easier. Interesting info on the 4B11.
