    TIE rod HELP ASAP

    so i separated it from the knuckle and outer tie rod wont come out the inner tie rod keeps spinning in place I removed the clip on the boot,put penetrating spray on the outer tie rod and nothing

    the inner should thread off the rack and pinion. Check for any clips or retaining nuts that could be holding it on.
