The rotors are not on backwards! Everyone seems to have different opinions on how they should be. But it doesn't really matter now does it???
PS: Looks good with the lip on, i kinda miss it

The slot directions all come down to the way the manufacturer recommends is correct. When engineers design parts, they provide technical docs pertaining to the proper use. Those are passed on to you in the form of instructions.
Aside from optimal performance, one advantage is that following the maker's instructions will ensure a better response to a warranty claim.

Nice job, doesn't that look better behind the wheels!
As far as "backwards", if you base it on the direction of the slots, than not nessecerly, it all depends on the manufacturer as Proto stated. Same deal I have with my Baers, and my Powerslots, the slots go into different directions on them. The internal vains that matters.
click-click
to get the most out of your braking system i'd ditch the "regular brake fluid" as you said it and flush in somme high boiling point fluid,
dot 4 or higher non silicon fluid.
the highest ff the shelf boiling point i've found is valvoline syntec. though i'mnot a fan of valvoline, brake fluid is really only as good as its ratings.
the valvoline is about 550 dry boiling point i believe.
there are better brands like motul rbf 600, but if you don't ocmpete they aren't neccesery.
