Have you greased your suspension lately? Maybe check the bushings all over, Maybe they are dry.
PICS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE!!
Here is a video... the more distinct sound at the end where i brake before the bend.
The sound u hear when i hit that bend is my rubber under the springs.. but you can also hear a different sound.. which is more obvious at the end as i said... What can creek???? It does it when i brake obviously....

My car is doing the same thing and getting worse. Suspension is fine, axle is fine, cv joints are fine. I'm thinking it's in the steering system now.
Sounds like a spring to me....... check the rubber bushings on directly on top and bottom of the spring if you move it or put ANY weight on it and the bushing is shot it will make that same sound
See when i hit the speed bump i dont hear that sound... yet the struts and springs are compressing...
:-/ The big dubber thing under the spring is off on one side but that is comletely diff sound.
Mindwerkz, Did you see my 2nd video where i cut the wheel all the way to the left and it almost constantly made that sound? Try doing it on yours and see if it will do anything.
My GTZ has started doing the same thing, mostly driving over bumps in the road.
Is it most likely the bushings need greasing, and can this be done with a grease gun?
creaking usually starts in the winter, usually its due to the control arms and ball joints. Might not be your problem tho. Ya it could need to be greased up.
Not how fast your car goes but how good u drive going fast.

Well... the stop guy said it is either the control arm's bushings or a strut bushings or rubber thats in the strut. Everything else looks fine.
I sell those at my job also.

?? So does that sound like that's what it is?
I'd say sway bar bushings
quick question
Do any of you with the squeaks have the addco bar?
If so, I say its your swaybar links.

Mine has stock suspension except for a strutbar and rear lower tiebar.
mindwerkz, does urs still do it?
Im starting to think its one of the boots with no grease..
Sway bar bushings are only 2 months old or so, they have been lubricated very good.
Well we lubricated the crap out of sway bar bushings and the springs once again.
SAME SOUND. But we figured it was a rubber sound for sure... soooooo.....
What can it be?
Mine does this and is the bushings on the top of the springs. It got louder after the springs were installed and is horrible on “hot days”. I think it is such a load on the spring, breaking while also receiving up-ward thrust from the gully, that it rotates the spring/bushing enough to make the loudest of creaking sounds. So lubricate or replace, just make sure that if you are lubricating they are not damaged (dried or cracked). Do not use CRC, use a White Lithium Grease or Silicon lubricant. Mine is usually worse after I power-wash it (3-4 times a week), and will be replacing the old shock bushing w/new and a treatment of NAPA’s High Viscosity Fast Curing Urethane Adhesive (the shit is great for noise reduction in panels and installing auto glass), when I choose a set of shocks/struts.
A little play in the suspension can affect breaks, drive axles, wheel bearings and other such by being so inter-related. Stopping any form of 1 problem now, saves you from 4 problems later. So good job on having a "mindful" ear. :smt023
