    Wheels for the 8G...

I just drove home My New 8G, now last summer I bought these 16" Konig wheels for my 7G. Do you guys think that they'll fit my 8G?

Note: The rims have 8 holes, the 7G has 4 bolts and th e8G has 5bolts.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I do not think they will fit.

I remember reading in another post along time ago, but I could be wrong.

Well unless your Konig is universal lug pattern it won't fit....7g are 4 lug patterns and 8g are 5 lug patterns.....

yeah, just cause it has 8 holes doesn't mean it will work. the spacing could be different.

Your Konig's would have to be universal 4 and 5 lug, for them to fit on your 8g..

The only way they would fit is with a wheel adapter. Although I'm not sure I've ever seen any that go from 5 lug to 4, plus they change the offset of the wheel, possibly making them stick out more than you would like.

You should really try it, the extra hole is there for fun. Were you serious when you asked this question? Hmm, one car uses 4 lugs, the other uses 5, maybe I am missing something, but it seems pretty straightforward to me.

Hey mochanges why don't you read the question before you start criticizing?

    I said: <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>Note: The rims have 8 holes, the 7G has 4 bolts and th e8G has 5bolts.</div>

Hummm! I wonder :puzzled1: if he knows how to read?

You know what? Your right, I reread what I wrote and it was out of line. I apolgize. If I don't have anything helpful to add, I should not say anything. Again, sorry.

P.S. There are some wheels that are drilled for 4 and 5 lugs. Those are extremely rare (some Racing Harts and other JDM wheels).
