    i know theyre 40s but when they run out ill be gettin 45s, im gonna try and get those now and get new tires for christmas

    205/40-17s are excessively small for our cars.

    Ya you have to go w/ at least 215/45/17 or my personal choice and favorite 225/45/17

    if i am gonna have to have wheels that are bent, i would want to bend them myself, no have them pre-bent

    + you'd have to get new tires since some are bald, and the money you'd be spending on these, you could probably get a brand new wheel and tire package.

    If you read carefully he said that he was going to include another set of tires and as for the "slightly bent lip" im gonna see if he will let me take that one to like Just Tires or something and get it checked out

    what does 215 and 225 convert to in inches, the 225 and 215 are Millimeters right

    you should also consider rubbing issues depending on your suspension, because i had 17 with wide tires and stock suspension and i had rubbing issues on the rear, so u should think about what would be best for you!!

    What do you mean by wide, how wide were the ones you ran that rubbed?

    Sorry for asking a question in your thread but I was looking around and came across these 5X114.3, Tires 712 205/40ZR17 80W measurements for a set of rims that are pretty cheap. Not a good idea?

    Once again my bad. My opinion on the thread, go with the 17's more tire especially if you don't have to take them off for winter and use them year round.
