I know Louisiana doesn't allow front plates. Texas is kinda iffy on that depends on which precinct you're on. Most cops here don't give a damn unless you're pull over for speeding.

hmm i gotta find the laws for CT then. i cant stand how messed up the law books are tho

maybe ill ask the excop at school on monday, he use to be a state cop so hed prolly know best
