Maybe your just going crazy?
My engine is making a growl more and more these days. If I turn off the radio it's almost like one of those BMW or Mazda 6 commercials...but with my at idle, not WOT. Any ideas? First it bubbles and now it's a growl...outside the car sounds quiet as usual though.

of couse its gone make crazy noise,, cause u got that damn NOS on stock engine,,, hahhaha just messing with you man,, i dont know y it makes that noise,, i suck at fixing problem

i remember the night i blew my motor....last time i use NOS. the sound at WOT during the race sounded fine, once i got off the gas and idled, it growled, lol.

Well gee thanks, I feel much, much reassured now. I think I'll go lie in my bed wide awake for the next few days.

ha ha ha :laughing: i think if you had the problem i had, you would know it. after about 5 min, it wouldn't idle at all.....hasn't idled since. i think it growled a lil worse than your does too....cuz i wasn't like "the motor growls" i was like "oh shit, what on gods green earth, SOB, its gonna blow!!!!" but, i would for sure, not spray anymore until the growling is gone. i think a "growl" is something i would hafta hear to make a final judgment on though. good luck.
