    Engine noise in radio

I have a weird problem with engine noise. it seems that I get it every so often (its not constant) and when I move or jiggle the RCA cords going from my EQ to my amp, it goes away for a few days and comes back almost like clockwork. I repeat the same process and the same thing. Will an engine noise suppressor cure this? I know about the issue with alternator whine with some units, but its not a constant thing.

    Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere in the system...

Well, I have my Head unit, EQ and HD radio module all grounded on the screw that connects the Head unit to the chassis. Is this too much load?

Could be, also try some noise filters that plug between your amp and headunit on the RC cables.
