    1999 Mitsubishi Galant ES help

I just bought a 1999 Mitsubishi Galant ES. It has a 2.4L but I want to swap it for a 3.0L(V6). Where can i find an engine to swap?

Don't waste your time, either do your research and turbo the four, or trade your car back in and get the V6.

And then when you buy the V6, swap in the 6G74 (the Diamante engine :D)

Take it back and get a V6 or get ready to spend twice what you bought that galant for on fitting a V6, getting all the harness, ECU, motor mounts are not in the same spot, exhaust is different. You should have just bought a V6 if you wanted a V6 or searched before you bought this one to see if it's possible oh and next time....

Or just do the swap and make a tutorial, so others can follow in your footsteps, it'll be a good learning experience! lol

I thought the motor mounts are the same, except the cross member is different?

    Either way
