If you were a part of the group buy with 305/Jesus or if you purchased other items from him that it appears you will not be receieving add your name to this list. The group buy thread is long and extensive, but I wanted a thread where we can get everyone together. From the total cost of what he scammed from us, I believe that by coming together and pursuing legal action is our best bet.
Also, if anyone has connections in Miami that we may be able to use at our disposal, post up here. We can collaberate and figure out how best to approach this.

If you have been scammed by in this Group Buy, you will need to contact the FBI.

You can either call to make your claim or you can fill out an online form and they will contact you. We need to have EVERYONE file. This is a felony and the person who made this group buy should go to jail and make restitution. Without filing a claim you cant begin to start the process of getting your money back.

And spardavr4 keep us updated with your dads help, as well as anyone else that is pursuing anything. I think we should wait until we have a list of everyone on here that purchased from him before approaching the authorities. Or at least give it a couple days for others to get their names added to the list.
