PayPal is really not a "pal" they have a well written fine print, if translated says: even if the claim is in your favor we cannot guarantee money back. I filed a claim about this scam, now it is closed. So i called them up to clear things up. and the agent said: in our system the case is still open, so we will be "trying" to get your money back to you. and there's no updates or status unless they actually get your money. Which could last your lifetime your childrens lifetime and their children lifetime. And when asked what can i do the agent kinda half-ass suggested to chargeback with the card, but then again that will put your account in the negative, eventually in the collection and if you ever gave them your SS then it goes on your credit history. I still have them sending me collection letters from 5 years ago. They are very misleading when it comes to "Buyers Protection"
