woodgrain console trim

Can anyone tell me if this an OEM piece or merely the black-plastic trim w/ an aftermkt overlay? It somehow doesnt look like the factory pieces I've seen (the woodgrain looks different- maybe it's the shine from the flash or the lighting?).. I'm only asking because it's on eBay and doesn't come with the trim that goes around the shiftgate, and I don't wanna pick that up later to find out they're mismatched..
