Unless you have a shit load of performance mods a chip won't do you any good anyways,,,,,a chip is one of the last things you do,,,,and if you don't take my advice at least stay away from the ebay ones.

what about getting your ECU reprogrammed by JET?

ECU Flash and Tactix cable works great if you have a 2002-2003 ECU.

Im not a 100% so I was hoping someone would add to it, but Im pretty sure 99-01 the ECU is not flashable.

you can, but your going to have an SES/CEL light on that you can't get rid of, and I dont know about there in MA, but here you won't pass emissions with that light on.
