I have the Piaa 998 Turbojector foglights. It comes with projected lenses and with Piaa's Extreme white bulbs rated at 4150K, a blue tint. You can easily replace these bulbs with real H.I.Ds.

I had to remove the covered housing behind the stock foglamp because the foglamps were too big. But the accessories that came with the set made it a real easy installation. Not much rewiring at all.

Those projected foglights cost about $350.00, pretty steep still :-/

 WOW  ... 350 arent there some out there for $50-$100 that'll fit?
$350(foglight)+$450(hid)=too damn much for some foglights

also i found a cool tutorial link for the conversion....

Your gonna pay the same amount pretty much, cuz some manufacturers jack up the price for their own H.I.D's. You might even save up to $250 bucks if you buy projected foglamps and the H.I.D's seperate and if your trying to watch the cash flow, like me :-(
