Does turning the OD button OFF bring better mileage in city driving?

turning it off never helps improve mpg

when the od button is off the car WILL NOT shift above 3rd gear. when having it on it shifts into 4th which will give u lower RPMs than 3rd at low speeds and will give you better mpg

Yea Seths right, riding at high rpms will burn more fuel, so its more important to switch gears to stay crusing at lower rpms if your worried about gas mileage. I only play with the OD button when Im flooring it and want to make sure I ride 3rd all the way out to rev limit before dropin to 4th
