weird deep sound..

ok guys im driving a galant 99 running on 40mph or even 30 mph and up everytime im running when im turning slightly left i can hear a very deep sound on my right front side by the wheel.. can u guys tell me where that sound seems to be comin from? im guessin its from the suspension but im not sure..:(

it might be snow around ur wheel well

Hard to diagnose on a forum. Could be the axle, one of the joints, blown strut. If you don't have the car knowledge to diagnose it yourself, call around to some shops and see if they will take a look at it for you. Once you figure out the problem, post here and we can tell you how to fix it.

Huh? If it was snow, he would hear it at all speeds. And at best, going 30 or 40 the tire would grind the snow off so fast he wouldn't hear it. Plus... No snow that I know makes a loud deep noise. *scratching head*

like the black snow that builds up around the wheel well if you turn enough u can hear it breaking off your wheel well and then would stop. lol at least that happens to me
