Nope the 6g72 in the USDM is a SOHC for starters. It's also reversed from the JDM spec. In other words, our belts are on the right, transmission on the left. I beleive that means it turns backwards....but its definately not the same 6g72.
or is this the same motor that the our 8g's have now
