    the move is to take it to a local body shop, and ask them while they are spraying other cars in the booth, to throw the bumper inside the booth during the bake cycle. Your average paint bakes 30-45mins at 150 degrees, after a few heat cycles that bumper should look much much better.

    Then take it in the house and set two or 3 space heaters in front of it, or just set it by a vent, that should do.
