rear defrosters

for some reason only the bottom half of my rear defrosters work. anyone know how to remedy this?

yeah.
find out where youve got the lines scraped off on the rear window and repair them if possible. Extreemly damaged grids will require the replacing of the window

then make sure no one scrapes the inside of the window with anything again.
