Solution to "Glove Box Rattle"

1. Remove the glove box from your car
2. Take it all apart
3. Remove the 1'x1.5' metal plate from the glove box
4. Put it all back together

DONE.

my glove box lock broke the other week, i hit a bump in the road and the glove box came open ,lock broke inside. what shouls i do to fix this, I was thinking plexiglass the opening and adding strobes and neons

I replaced the handle/lock mechanism with a new one. The replacement part from the dealer is better quality but is a little bit larger than the space so it's a firm fit. Also, you'll have to remove the tumbler from the old handle and put it into the new one. This fixed my rattling problems. To take out the glove just open it and press on the two sides, it slides out.
