ill try to find a pic of the block apart its together now
the only time I have seen them sleeved is when the block needed to be bored more than .040 over. They end up boring the block wayy over and then press in ductile iron sleeves. It will pretty much look like a closed deck honda block. I would never invest in this unless it was extremely difficult to find another used 4G64 block.

o yea i have come across another problem the oem cam sensor on the hyundai does not fit over the evo cams what could be a fix for this
You mean the reluctor right? not the sensor? The reluctor is the cylinder with the two tabs on it that goes into the end of the exhaust cam. I think you have to run the one from an EVO if im not mistaken. I have only used the EVO head never a kia or hyundai head. The most info on this is over on club3g a bunch of guys there have done this.

no its a cam sensor it gous on the exhaust cam but the cams are set up for an evo so the bolt on the end is too big so it doesnt slide over it
No. The piece that physically bolts onto the exhaust cam is called a reluctor, sometimes called a timing cylinder or the like. The cam sensor is the electronic sensor that goes into that external housing which bolts to the head. Take a picture of what your talking about and post it up.

it hopefully will since its off an aeclipse its the pwr steering thats going to b a problem w/e ill make a bracket and put it somwhere else
yea, it will clear the starter. My manifold looks just like his except its flanged for a 38mm WG instead of 44.
You might want to ceramic coat that manifold if youre going to use it. My ebay manifold got really hot before I wrapped it.
If you don't mind me asking, what exactly are your goals with this build?
