If its not the motor mounts the only other thing that I can think of is the balance shaft belt. Have you ever replace it or retensioned it while doing the timing belt? If it skips teeth it can cause the car to vibrate. But then again it would also do it at driving speeds, if it were the balance shaft belt.
Whatever you do, do not get the mounts from Autozone or Advance. They are crap. Send the extra money and get OEM
well it only happens when im not moving, like at a red light.
and if you shift it into neutral does it seems to stop?
yes when its in nuetral it completly stops vibrating.
i have the same problem...ben trying to figure it our for months now

so you don't think it s a mechanical issue?
yeah ive had the SES light on for a while before the vibration started i took it to the dealer and they got rid of the light and it came back like 3 days later. they said not to worry about it.
