    Yes, I ended up removing the rubber underneath the hood. It's the sucker that cause it not to latch.. Also I was able to get hold of the 3m 5lbs tape.. I installed w/ out the mesh but it doesn't look bad as i thought.

    Looking forward to get the v. lip.. as soon as get the funds to work.

    I'm currently painting the lip.. waiting for the base coat to dry.. so opted to post some pics while waiting..



    The g is out of the cave.. lol .. I'm using it as a paint booth.

    lol.. Ishould ship you my eyelids to paint them.. I've had them for a while now.. and my painter's stalling on them.. HE WORKS FOR MY SHOP!!!

    Tell him to prioritize your car!..

    Done 1st coat of clear.. after 30 mins I'll spray 2nd coat and that's it for the day..

    Install day tomorrow!

    ^it is but i hope it doesn't scrape a lot..

    I will also re-install the liberal grille w/ mesh + the v. lip to see how the combination will look like on her.

    Yes. I clear coated it again last night while I was working on the lip..

    Just installed the lip by 7am.. can't wait..ha
