sunroof does not work

hi guys , first my sunroof all of the suddenly stopped working ,it just make an strange sound ,the motor move but does not open at all nor tilt or all the way back what could possibly causing this. 7g 4 ever

is it stock or aftermarket?

check the tracks, but on a side note if you need a stock one i have the whole sunroof intact in one piece with the glass .
