Ok, I been researching all kinds of blocks and manifolds and all other things. I'm lookn at putting a t3/t4 turbo on in the next 2 months and im lookn for all kinds of advice. Things such as, Will a 4g63 turbo manifold bolt onto the 4g64 block with no problem and how much can i turn the turbo up on the stock internals without damage to the motor? I'm only lookn to achieve a 70-100hp increase. Anyone who has any advice, let me know!

alright, thnx. Im jus makin damn sure b4 i get wrong parts. So 7 or 8 psi should be good I hear? then get new pistons or do an evo head swap...
check the turbo and performance section and keep searching.
To make things easier here the are people on this forum running up to 18 PSI on stock motor but I would not go any further than that. To start off I would stick with running about 8-10 PSI to be safe and if everything is ok and no problems go for another tune and turn it up a little more. What size injectors you have?
The injectors are stock. Pretty much the whole internals are.
Will I Have to do anything to my ECU when i put this turbo on?
You're going to need either a piggyback or an ECU swap of some sort that is tuneable. eithe the EVO ECU or the 3G Eclipse.
Also, I would advice to not use stock injectors on a forced induced set-up. You don't want to run too lean and blow the motherfucker up. Atleast use some WRX 440's, Wally 190, and an AFPR.
Search some stuff dude there are a lot of members that are boosted as long as you use the sites resources.
Just get an Evo ECU and make sure its an Evo 8, and yeah like 4g63lover said either wrx or just get a stock evo8 injectors will do just fine for what your looking for. If you check out the people in the garage youll find many people that have stock motors and they are running on turbo/w Evo ecu
Note: the WRX injectors are plug and play.
The DSM injectors need the resistor to work
Not sure what kind of work is needed or what kinda wiring is needed for the EVO injectors.
Essentially, as long as your fuel system is adequate for the set-up you are good to go. The rest is just making sure all the lines are tight and wont leak. All the couplers for the I/C piping are held on to the piping properly and everything is torqued down to spec.
Another Note: If you use a DSM manifold and turbo you wont have an issue of running into the starter. Any EVO set-up you will need manifold spacers and longer exhaust manifold studs.
for the evo injectors to work you need resister also from the evo or the DSM

This jus helped alot...i didnt think i would need new injectors yet...the turbo really isnt gonna be doin alot until i get some other things then...ima keep it down and could i find some decent ECU's maybe on ebay or a big junkyard? I'm around Louisville Kentucky.

a "piggyback" is something like the Greddy E-manage or an SAFC. I would use the E-manage. Or like Galantfan said the ECU swap would be a better but probably more expensive and labor extensive option. You could also use the MAFT and GM MAF. Though, I don't know much about those.
A "chip" is an Eprom. We dont have that option for the 8G.
As for injectors, If the bigger injectors dont need a different rail for the WRX, I figured it'll be plug and play on our car as well. But the stock WRX injectors is more than adequate. 740cc will be overkill on the set-up you want to be honest.
Hello, To answer most of your questions, adding a turbo charging to a car is not as easy as say adding a injen intake. First off if all you want is a little gain like 70-100 hp you just need about 5-6 pounds on the stock motor with the right turbo. There is no need for modifying the ecu as it will handle the boost fine. yes, you will need to add a little more fuel but not by changing your injectors. Changing injectors on a car is not as simple as everyone makes it sound. your car does not even use 50% of the injector duty cycle. I have a Performance shop and I deal with this type of stuff on a daily basis. I will help as much as I can on here, but if you are in the NEW YORK area you need to stop by.

with any type of boosted set-up you WANT adequate fuel to keep the car from running lean. Even stock 2G's with a T25 have atleast 440cc injectors from the factory. Injectors arent that hard to replace. I have enough experience with the 4G63 to know that you WILL need bigger injectors to run a boosted set-up on the 4G64 safely. It is not a Honda where you can run a T25 on a D-series with the RSX Type-S 360cc injectors.
He does need fuel management as well. The stock ECU isn't ready to handle that much air with the stock fuel parameters. I'm not very good at tuning but I've seen many motors blow to pieces because people skimped out on the little details like fuel system and fuel management.
You can't just install a turbo set-up without the proper supporting mods and think it will be okay. The stock injectors are 275cc for the I4 IIRC. That is NOT enough for any kind of boosted set-up.
You can probably get away with upgrading the pump and installing an AFPR and use the stock injectors but I guarantee that motor will blow itself up after a few of passes at full boost.
On a side note, our cars run lean up top NA just imagine how lean it'll be close to red line when the volume of air being pushed into the motor is twice as much as stock with a turbo.
