Seems to only want to stay on when I keep my foot on the pedal, as soon as I take my foot off it automatically dies:/

    ....but a bitch aint one.......j/k

Any CEL?. It looks like its not getting any air to sustain idle. Try BISS screw, and theres another screw at the rear side of the TB facing the firewall. It goes up against the little wheel where the throttle cable is attached. If you screw it in, it will open the butterfly a bit so it gets air.

What happened to the IAC? Is this the new one in?

No CEL since i changed the complete throttle body. I bought it off some guy who was parting out his 94 Galant. Sold it to me for $40, looks basically new and he said he bought it new and is only 3 or 4 months old. Has a little trouble starting up but it kicks in well, only trouble is that it dies if i dont keep my foot on the pedal

well my answer is up there. It either BISS too tight or the screw on the other side is backed out

wait but look at that wraps just before the TB
there might be holes in that tube.

    does it getting fuel?

It had a hole but i wrapped that up before with 5 layers of duct tape. The rubber hose wont be on for long, I already have all the parts for the CAI, im just waiting to figure out whats wrong with the car before i install it. It turns on and gets fuel but it cuts off if i dont hold the gas pedal down

yeah sounds like fuel or spark problem
last time i had the same problem when i check it there is a big hole in the plastic pipe
because that is what it is, if you take off the intake air box setup including the mafs the car will start but it will die

Well i messed with the BISS and it kept it from dying but when i shift it into park the car shuts off:/
