HELP: Idle Too High!

Hey everyone, I just finished putting the V6 TB on my stock I4 and it idles massively high at 2.7-2.9. i've adjusted the idle screw and it won't screw down any lower. what should i do? thanks!

Accelerator cable too tight???

yea check to see that you didnt pull the throttle cable too taught...otherwise double check everything was installed correctly

thanks for the response. ill take a look at that... i also notice (while driving) it only revs high on Parking and on Neutral. on drive and reverse it settles at about 1.5 or so and when the revs start to decrease while on drive or i go to stop the car jumps up and down (like the gears are jumping back and forth.
