I was looking into this cabin. We (Tara and I) stayed in an ERA cabin this past year and had a great experience. We are limited to finding cabins that are pet friendly (since Walle and Bella will be coming with us). Black Bears Hideaway sleeps 12 and I remember driving past it last year. Yes kiddies thats right 95-104 dollars per person for the whole weekend, thats a hell of a deal. Hotel rooms in the area start from 59.99 per night with a quality hotel room going for 89.99+ per night. These cabins are 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, 12 miles from Pigeon Forge and about 35 miles east of the Dragon.

If you are on the list and have paid, you are guaranteed a spot in a cabin.

If you are on the list and have not paid, you are not guaranteed a spot in a cabin.

If you are not on the list but want to pay, you will either be refunded your money or you will take the place of a person who was on the list but didnt pay.

If you are not on the list and you didnt pay, you will be staying at a hotel and/or missing out on the best meet of the year.

but friend of mine from GA went on a Tail of the Dragon run a few weeks ago. looked like fun.
