shift knob

ok so i looked all over the site couldn't really find what i was looking for, does anybody have or ever seen a shift knob that looks excactly like a manual trans knob, but has the button on the top for automatics? you know push to shift from park to drive? i can't find anything.........

its not to bad....money... buying the turbo set up when I get back and going to Italy for 12 days... putting a down payment on a house and if I find one in blue...a used Evo X

my unit gos to custer for AT... I want to go out and drive those roads (south of custer up the switch backs) in my car not a 6500 lbs 6.5L turbo hmmwv
