im so excited...im gonna receive mah new rims today...i cant wait to install it but sadly i need to wait until spring or summer to install it..
any suggestion i should i get fo tires???which is not that expensive but good performance..
and some lowering springs to...i heard works is good and megan is good too...
so any suggestion guys.....???

what rims did u get? I have yokohama avid w4's 215/45 17 inches and am pleased with them, they are on enkei edr9's, they will be even better when i get my lowering springs on shortly, Im going with tein s-techs.

I have 17' Speedy rims and they are sporting 225/45r17 on the front and 235/55r17 in the back. Cant wait to get new back tires cause the tires look too fat on the rim. Had to get spacers so that they wouldnt rub.

i would get 215/45/17's or 215/50/17 or even 225/45/17 215/40/17 is gonna be pretty small. i had them on my old enkei cdr9's but i went up to 215/45/17's when i got my new rims (i think they are adr j-cross). it looks and rides better with the bigger tires. my car is lowered with tein s-techs and kyb agx's

what year is your car (what generation)? according to dragwheels.com, the wheels are 17x7 +40mm. if you have an 8G (1999-2003) get 225/45r17.

IF you have a 9G youre gonna want 235/50-17 it is .06'' taller then the stock 215/55-17

yha i have 2009 galant(9g)
so what do yu thin guys???
the rim is 114.3...and 40 0ff spring??
isnt possible to get 225/45/17??
or its not gonna fit??
im trying to get low profile..
which one looks good??low pro or fatter tire

On your 9G 225/45 is not going to look good. If you wanted low profile you should have gone with a larger wheel like an 18 or 19. I have 225/45 on my 8G, but it has a smaller wheel well so it fits better.

that is how it fits on mine with 225/45-17 on yours they would look tiny.

i just was caught off gaurd because 17x7 is too small for the 9G... it would look like 15x6 on the 8G.

if i were you, i would cancel the order, get 18x8 at least.

Yeah thats true I think mine are 17x7 and 225s were a bitch to fit on them.

its to late coz i just got the rim,,,it arrived like 1 hour ago,,,
man that sucks cuz i think 17 will be ok but its a newbie thinking,
so any suggestion for tire??so it wont look sucks

i have a blue pearl galant,,, im think its gonna be ok,,since im a newbie,,,what do you think?? maybe ill get 25/50/17 and make it look like circuit car..

You should have done more research before you bought those rims.. 9G's have a lot of space in the wheel wells.. At least 18's I would have gone with if I had a 9G.. 18x8.5s with 235/50/18's
