    50's?

My friend claims to have seen a set of 225 / 50 / 18's on a car somewhere in North Jersey. Anybody know where to get these if they exist? I've seen 225 / 45 / 18's and I know I can find those online but I'd really like the 50's (to try and keep my rims from bending). Also, does anybody know if 50's on 18's with a 35 offset would rub on a 2000 Galant.

Yikes.. I am not even sure if 225/50R18 will even fit in the fender wells. :? You could always get your fender's rolled.

50 ratio tires on 18's is what they use on light trucks and small SUV's man.

    50s

I'm running 205/50/17s on 17" rims and they work well, I like the improved ride over a 40 or 45 ...

Have you had a problem with bending your rims on those 50's Anvoy? That's my biggest concern...I don't want to keep bending and breaking them. I also need to know if 18x7.5 with 35 offset and 235/50's will rub. If anyone has that info please let me know.
