    Tactrix Cable and EcuFlash

    There are no "chips" for these cars that make any difference.

    If you are running the Evo ECU you aren't going to run the Galant maps, the point of the Evo ECU is to read boost and log knock.

    Some information here on EcuFlash and Tuning;

    If you aren't running a turbo than there is no point in swapping out for an Evo ECU if you have an 01-03 Galant.

    technically, you can tune a n/a car with the stock ecu using ecuflash. But you will need a wideband a/f meter to monitor the exhaust. Or you can rent some dyno time and have a tuner tune your car. Either will cost you about $300-400 or so.
