he has but he is very heavily modded as are many other 7gs but they have lost to less modded 8gs. idky. i have wanted to be COTM one time and ill get there.

we have many 7gs and ony 2 have one COTM recently. look at peano, kolio, blue ice and many others that i havent seen win

it is true. Well 8g get away with painted body kit, valve cover and dubs with huge lips to make the newbs drool. Obviously 7g owners need to upgrade alot more than just a something JDM and a drop to get noticed or voted for. After all probably there are 10 new 8g owners that join TGC for every 1 7g owner that stays around for longer than a month.DohcStunr, Peano, and Blue Ice have already won more than once before and not too many owners want to spend money on performance mods or any mods on a 12-16 year old cars. They come around just to have their cars diagnosed for most of the times

i agree. we are a rare bread us 7gers and at the end of the day we know what we did and can do. i will never get rid of my 7g unless i have to and i will continue to mod it. 7gs are rare and we must keep them going

On a side note, I believe the nomination rules state that cars can be nominated for recent noteworthy mods. members that visit TGC once in a month and havent done anything to their cars in an year still get nominated for some reason. I dont understand

The chrome trim around the top edge of the door windows is gone. Looks like the GTZ doors now :)

Took off the top chrome trim pieces, just have to fund the black lower trims yet, not going to paint them.

I would check with polishmafia and see where he got his. All I know is they were from a DE, but I believe he purchased some brand new.
