    Headers or CIA

Hey guys. I know i'm good for a stupid question or two, but which is better(better meaning which shows the most gains)? CIA or Headers(and yes i know i'll eventually need both)? And which gives best performance? also, what price range for headers? i know the CIA can be found for like 220.

Price for the header is gonna run you like 450-500 coated like 350 not coated and like 80 for the DEI thermal Wrap Which heard is a pain but that might be because it was already on the car when he tried to put it on

i say go for the intake. intakes are getting cheaper and cheaper and compared to headers, they will more than likely give more bang for the buck.

Webhosting for less than $3 a month? put "pinoyesv6" as a promo code.

Get the CAI from the issues i've heard already about the headers is seem like a real waste of money, but in the long run you will need them, because do an intricate part of the whole motor system..

CAI. A freer flowing exhaust system does nothing if there's no extra exhaust to be pushing out.

Don't put that thermal wrap on the RPW headers. You'll crack the shit out of them and void the warranty. Trust me on this.
