So let me sum it up.
So he couldn't buy a front lip unless it was already moded on previously, doesn't want to go on ebay but still wants the same stuff that's on there, and doesn't read info on what others given him. Since he couldn't "do" what he wanted to "do", decides to sell his car in terms of giving up. Does that sound right to you?
