They 'can' affect ride height, though most cars aren't usually lowered enough to encounter that as a problem. Though they typically SHOULD be cut when lowering the car.

first fix its issues to where its drivable again, but basically what everyone else does, drop on megans, with agx's (i already have stock springs with gr2s on there, might just get the springs, and ride around on those for awhile before i get the money for agxs), rims, rear disc swap(maybe brembos one day, DOHC head swap, 5- speed, tinted tails, Already completed some of my plans with the exhaust and cleared turns

Not mine..but its my boy Mikey. Decided to do the DOHC swap on his 97 Galant a couple weeks ago. Took about a week to do the swap including the wiring. Had the 7g running in time for the mini Galant meet that Kglenn organized. Successfully running and big things for his 7g down the road.

I believe the old 420's came in 1g 's and all of the 2g's came with '63 variants...
nope.........420a's were available in NA 2g......iirc
I almost boughta 2g but it had a 420a in it, and they did come stock with them,
The rs/gs came with the 420a
the spyder came with teh SOHC 4g64
the gs-t and gs-t spyder came with the 4g63t with FWD
and the gsx was the 4g63t with AWD
None of the 1G's came with 420A's. 1G's either came with NA or Turbo'd 4G63 and the 1.8L single slammer.
2G GS/RS came with the Chrysler 420A also found in the Neon RT and I4 Avenger/Sebring
