you wanting to clean it? soak that sucker in simple green heh, or some sort of heavy duty degreaser you'll never have it sparkling, but it'll be a lot cleaner than it is now.
took my intake manifold off today so that i could change my freeze out plugs, Job well done. But now I have this dirty IM what should I do? Give me some suggestions?
or soak it with oven cleaner and it will strip every bit of dust, dirt and paint off it. you will have bare metal at which point you can prime and paint it.

brake cleaner cleans well and dries fast
thanks guys, only thing is for some reason its black metal not ceramic. I wonder why they used metal isnt that much heavier?which is more likely to crack under turbo conditions if I ever tried to install one?
tryin to think what the hell is big enought to soak this f$cker in lol
try cleaning it with 2+2 gum cutter, i used and industrial parts cleaner on my throttle boddy, and it didnt get all the hardened carbon off the back, three sprays of the gum cutter and bam it was gone
