I say all blacked out...think the lights and front of the car look meaner/sportier. The only thing thats chrome on your car seem to be the rims and the grill...think th eblack is just a better fit.
Full Blacked out:
I needed to stay with the chrome-y style because well i like chrome and the car has chrome rims and other things.
Just need to install the dustcaps and then install them.
Installed pics and beam pattern pics coming soon.
This is Nicer lol damn I'm excited lol:
My Angel Eyes (Don't know it's anybody else taste but is't definitely mine):

if you want it to look mean, you have to have part of the halo covered up so that it's not a complete circle. Just look at the way the Camara utilizes its halos, or how some older BMWs use them.
black them out
Sorry clicked the wrong one
Full blackout is winning 10 to 2 so I'm thinking maybe blackout halos and take the amber reflector of another head and install that, to give some color so it doesn't look to dark upfront.

"Camaro Style Halos Blackout" has my vote.
After a lot of thinking I have a idea of a black and chrome color scheme for the heads, many will not like it but I need to keep some chrome on them to flow with my style, I need black because I dont like when angel eyes reflect on the chrome, but I need chrome to keep the headlights flowing with my wheels, etc. I'll see how it turns out and if I don't like I'll think of something else.

UPDATE:
Well Guys first shroud has been trimmed and looks awesome. (Pics are of horrible quality but that what I have believe or not thats my point and shoot, I think my cel could take better pics lol)
But my 100mm CCFL Angel eyes are too big as you can see:
I could make them fit but I would have to trim the reflector and I'm really liking the way it looks right now. Or I could buy a little smaller halo's or halos the same size of the lens (70mm), Personally I'm really digging them right now without halo's, but I would like the look of the halo's at night although they could ruin the look of them right now.
With that said I'm looking for some opinions what would you guys do?
Buy smaller halo's, buy halos the diameter of the lens so they are really close to the lens or leave them as they are now.

I know the pic above doesn't look good they are too big.
This halos but these look like in surprise, I can paint a section and make them look more aggressive:
Thanks for the opinion Reelax will be taken into consideration.

NO halos is winning. Here an update Shrouds already trimmed fit perfectly just need to glue them. Now just cleaning and repainting some parts, taking care of the last details.
As you can see my camera sucks.
Tomorrow I'll try to go to the first alignment and maybe post pics of the output.
Please keep posting your opinions.

how much has this project cost you so far? if you dont mind me asking...I think I will be ordering my projectors next week
Around $295 for the parts shipped from theretrofitsource.com + $60 for paint, bolts, nuts, etc. Unfortunately, ended up not using all the parts I bought, like the majority of the bolts. The good part is I didn't had to buy any tools since my dad had everything I could need. I know $60 looks like much in misc but well Home Depot isn't the cheapest over here. Could have saved some on the bolts and the paint.
